Please complete the following form to request free trees. Before submitting the form, we ask all planting logistics, such as watering plan, access or permits to the planting site, are secured. To allow Trees For Houston to process your request, please submit this at least 60 days before you planting date. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee trees for your project on your requested date.

Upon submitting the form, please allow 5 to 10 business days before reaching out regarding your request. Trees For Houston will get back to you as soon as possible.
