Testing the route: A group of 12 Latvian students, 17-19 years old, in catering and tourism will test the 3 educational tours.TOTAL STUDENTS INVOLVED: 36, in order to test at the same time the itineraries and to involve a great group in the testing phase. 2 responsible per group will travel with them. The test will measure the tourists’ perceptions of the destination’s quality condition, the quality approach and the concrete performance of the destination quality. The results of the 3 tests will be analyzed and benchmarked and a destination can compare its results to those of other destinations. If the destinations exchange information on quality management in a networking process can improve their performance.
