Filing consumer complaint is done in two steps-
FIRST STEP: Fill this complaint form giving details of Rs 500 fee paid to ICRPC.
SECOND STEP: Send the documents by email after submitting this complaint form. Instructions would be sent to you by email after you submit this form.
Before filling this form, you need to pay NON-REFUNDABLE amount of Rs 500 fee and keep the transaction number handy for writing this in this complaint form. Please get netbanking and UPI details from firstname.lastname@example.org

You would receive your complaint number with a copy of your submission to your registered email id with the Instructions to send your documents by mail.
Please mention your complaint details very clearly with bill, invoice, payment details and dates, amounts involved and parties involved, so that we understand your complaint. Otherwise your complaint would be just useless and would be rejected if it is confusing and does not convey the issue clearly. Rs 500 is non refundable.
