The standing Board of Directors will assist with orientation and training of newly elected members.

Commitment Expectations:

  • A 1 year commitment to the position (re-election possible)
  • Regular attendance & active participation at monthly meeting
  • Become familiar with GMLA Bylaws, fulfill responsibilities of elected position
  • Represent the entire GMLA community (players and parents) and to act in their best interests regardless of personal involvement in the league
  • Willingly work together with other members, demonstrate professional respect and mutual support to all members in order to make decisions that enhance the mission of GMLA
