This event will take place on Saturday 28th February 2026 in the Mathematical Institute, The University of Oxford. For more information about this event visit our website https://www.oxwomeninmaths.co.uk/. This conference is open to everyone regardless of gender identity.

The first section of this form asks for personal details and dietary requirements, the second section asks about poster presentations (sign up closes Feb 13th), the third section asks about travel funding (sign up closes Feb 13th),  and the final section asks about accessibility requirements, and photo permission.

We have a fixed conference capacity due to overtime staffing restrictions. Therefore, registrations are open until Friday Feb 20th at 5pm unless all places become filled, so you are encouraged to register sooner rather than later!

Do you have any access requirements? Is there anything we can do to make this conference more accessible for you?

Notes: Accessing the conference area involves going down one flight of stairs. If you will need access to the lift, please note that here as we will need to organise a guest card in advance.

Possible examples of accommodations include receiving any print materials in a more accessible format (like a dyslexia-friendly font), having a space to eat in private, or having presenters use the hearing loop system.

The conference area will have a gender neutral accessible toilet, a quiet/sensory room, and a prayer room.  Is there anything you would like to see in the sensory room?

If you would like to discuss your access requirements directly and in confidence, please email chiara.guidi@st-annes.ox.ac.uk with the subject ‘Access Requirements’.

I give permission for my photograph to be taken during the event and to be used for marketing (ex. appearing on our website or social media). *
I would like to be contacted when EOIs and registration opens for OxWIM in future years *
