Thank you for your interest in Soccer Chaplains United's Community Project Donation Request Form.  Please review our values and criteria found below before submitting an application.

Soccer Chaplains United fulfillment of a project request is usually based on already available equipment as well as a number of other project characteristics including: fulfillment timeframe, cost of shipping/delivery, and  previous requests.

Donation priority is given to financial partners.

Currently, Soccer Chaplains United is not able to accommodate large requests (i.e. soccer field renovation).

Please submit your request with sufficient time to:
     - promote a particular project to our support base
     - ship or deliver items (if able) for your group or organization

We also ask for your help in promoting your own project - whether by social media or other means - when the story posts, the more successful projects come from a grassroots effort for promotion.

Project Synopsis *
1 sentence description of your trip, where you will be traveling and what you will do there. For example: "We are traveling to Uganda for two weeks to work with an orphanage and run a Vacation Bible School and sports camp."
Project Needs *
Select general items that you would like to request from Soccer Chaplains United (items greatly vary based on availability and donation hubs). Do not ask for more than you are reasonably able to take or have delivered.

Please gather (in advance) any sizes and quantities needed, as specific as possible.

Projects may receive a specialized link to select certain items based on available sizes in our inventory. (Certain restrictions may apply)

Please select the age, gender, and size of group that will be served. For example, if you are working primarily with youth or with girls, etc. Please note, the bulk of our gear that we receive is for adult men.

Project Weight Limits *
Please give an estimated amount of gear/equipment that your team/project can take. Typically, weight limits for bags on international and domestic air travel range from 50-75 lbs. Please check in advance and give us the best estimation of weight. If you know the specific number of bags for soccer gear and weight limits per bag please supply that in the 'other' column line below. Please mark whether you have bags or might need bags, if you need bags, we request a minimum $25 donation per bag made to our Community fund via this link.

Project requests without a narrative or story will not be considered. You're welcome to copy and paste from an existing newsletter or publication. Please give us some background — why are you going on this trip? What do you hope to accomplish or see God do? Give us some quotes to intersperse in the story.
