Each member may submit up to two pieces of artwork - or one large piece - for this exhibit. A glass display case supplied by the gallery will be available for 3-D artwork. Artwork can be not for sale.
The gallery receives a commission of 30%, so price accordingly.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is Saturday, June 8. ELIGIBILITY No entry fee. This show is open to MAA dues-paid members only. Membership is open to all and is $30.00 per year. Contact Mary Bollash (email@example.com 860-794-0908) with membership questions.
DROP-OFF Monday, June 10 from 10 am - 12 pm. Please attach a note to the back of each piece with your name and the name of the piece. Artwork must be securely framed. Use D-rings (preferred) or screw eyes and wire (no tooth hooks). Frames should be sturdy and well-constructed. We have the right of refusal for pieces that are not in compliance. RECEPTIONFriday, June 14 from 5 - 7 p.m. You do NOT need to bring food. Refreshments will be provided.
PICK-UPFriday, July 12 from 10 am - 12:00 noon. If you can't make the pick-up time, please ask a friend or contact Chris (firstname.lastname@example.org, 860-646-9755) or Judy (email@example.com, 860-432-0206). If we do not hear from you and you do not pick up your artwork, you will be charged a $10 carrying fee.
