The IE Committee will first determine whether the application warrants a Special Circumstance. Then the application will be reviewed on the merit of the contestants invitational season record.
DEADLINE: If your regional event was held on a weekday (Mon-Fri), this form must be submitted within 24 hours of the conclusion of your regional event. If your regional event was held on a Saturday or Sunday, this form must be submitted by 5pm on the following Monday. The form must be filled out completely in order to be considered.
