Kiwanis Family Service Day Registration 2022
Hello!  Our Kiwanis Family Service Day (KFSD) will be occurring on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at various locations throughout Milwaukee and Waukesha, WI.

Kiwanis Family Service Day check in will be from 8:00-8:30 am CST on Saturday, November 12 at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha (formerly known as UW-Waukesha).  We will meet in The Northview Building in room N133.  (Address: 1500 N. University Dr., Waukesha, WI 53188).  Please get there as close to 8:00am as possible as many groups will leave between 8:30-8:45am to go to their volunteer locations.  You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to UW - Milwaukee at Waukesha.

After you are done volunteering, you will head back to UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha where we will eat lunch and have a short Veteran's Appreciation Ceremony in recognition of Veteran's Day.

We are working with various non-profits that offer different types of service projects at different times.

On this registration form, please select which volunteer opportunities you are interested in participating in, and we will send you your exact assignments the week of KFSD.

Closer to the event, you will receive an email with your assignment, team leader contact info, and more details about that day.

The registration fee is $10 and includes lunch and materials for service projects.
