Project Arc is embedding Scientists, Engineers, Programmers and other Technical Airmen with operational units to accelerate Airmen ideas to operational prototypes through exploitation of state-of-the-art technology, experimentation and rapid adaptation. Potential projects include but are not limited to: evaluating engineering viability of designs for tactical equipment, analyzing and assessing field data to determine the operational efficacy of concepts, and developing electrical and mechanical interfaces to ‘next-gen’ capability enhancements. You will fill an operational capability gap and pioneer new Tactics, Techniques, Procedures and Technologies to arm the Air Force with the ability to make innovation a reality and not just another idea on the whiteboard. Do not apply if you are not willing to perform the uncomfortable work of being on the forefront of change. However, if you do apply, you will join a team of grassroots Airmen who believe in your capability to transform the Air Force.
