Sumter School District Virtual Teacher Recruitment Fair

Candidates with a valid teaching certificate (or will soon be issued one) are invited to participate in our district winter virtual teacher recruitment fair on January 30, 2021, from 9 - 11 AM. Candidates will be vetted by the Office of Human Resources and invited to participate in the job fair to meet with school administrators for 2021-2022 school year verified vacancies. Administrators will also hold virtual interviews and contingency contracts will be offered. The first step to begin the vetting process is to complete this online form. Student teachers who are completing degree requirements in May and out of state candidates are encouraged to participate. Additionally, holders of a Statement of Eligibility from PACE/ABCTE/Teachers of Tomorrow are welcome to participate. Please select your top three schools that you wish to interview with during our Virtual Teacher Recruitment Fair on January 30, 2021.
