MINDFUL MORNING: JOURNALING SESSION, every other Wednesday
Welcome to Mindful Mornings -- a 30-minute FREE community driven journaling gathering focused on self-care and mindfulness. During our call, we will flow through 2-3 different prompts, have space to write, and then have lots of juicy time to connect with others in the chat on on screen! 

Mindful mornings have been a consistent gift the last 2.5 years and I feel so grateful to keep it rolling. It’s the perfect way to connect with others and start your day. Every time we gather, I create intentional and thoughtful prompts that will allow us to dig in and put pen to paper.
