Once you fill out the application, be sure to submit your $15 jury fee AND $140 booth fee (online or mailed check). Only applicants who have submitted payment, sample media AND completed the artist application will be considered for the fair on Saturday and Sunday, August 5 and 6, 2017. Selected artists will be notified via email by April 11, 2017. Once accepted, your booth fee is nonrefundable.
You MUST fill out the artist application here (online), but you are welcome to mail your media samples and/or payment. Send the application (and/or media samples and/or payment) to the Wauwatosa Historical Society at 7406 Hillcrest Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53213, and include a line stating: "Firefly Artist: Your Name".

You can send us emails with image attachments, downloadable files, or mail us a CD or flash drive with digital material. All materials must be in a digital format and representative of the work you plan to display at the fair.
**You will be notified by Tuesday, April 11, 2017, if you have been accepted to the fair. Once accepted, your booth fee is nonrefundable.
Accepted artists will be contacted on an individual basis by Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
