AWANA and Cornerstone Youth Group Registration for Calvary Baptist Church - Parkersburg, IA (Charter #12599)

Please complete this Registration Form for each child that will be attending this year.

Start date is September 4, 2019, with Family Dinner at 5:30 pm. Club time will be 6:00-7:45 pm.

AWANA: CUBBIES: Age 3(potty-trained) through Kaleidoscope
SPARKS: Kindergarten through 3rd Grade
Cornerstone Youth Group: 4th Grade through 8th Grade
NOTE: We have expanded to include 7th and 8th Grade Students. Please share with your friends!

We will host a Family Dinner beginning at 5:30 pm on the FIRST Wednesday of each month, and the kid-friendly menu will be available a week ahead of time.
