- acceptance to Longwood University;
- demonstrated academic talent;

This google form will serve as your application to the program. Once you have started to fill it out, you will not be able to save your work and come back to it at a later time if you close out of the browser. Although we don't expect this application to take a long time to complete, please be sure to give yourself enough time. It might be a good idea to answer the questions in a separate document and then transfer them to this form.
In addition to this form, two additional items are need to complete your application. These items should be emailed to
investinstem@longwood.edu by the specified due date.
- One letter of recommendation from a math or science teacher/professor that speaks to your abilities and interest in becoming a 6-12 mathematics or science teacher. The person providing this letter should be the one that emails it on your behalf.
- A copy of your unofficial transcripts. Be sure that this document shows any courses in which you are currently enrolled. Applicants should send these to the email listed above.
Application materials will be used to evaluate the applicant on their:
- Potential for academic success at Longwood University
- Commitment to secondary (6-12) STEM teaching
