PARKING FOR LARGE VEHICLES & TRAILERS IS FIRST COME / FIRST SERVED

PARKING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOTH PURCHASE AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOOTH OWNER TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL EITHER APPLIED TO YOUR ROOM OR BY CASH/CREDIT CARD AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK

Overnight parking spaces for trailers is limited so we MUST know if you have a trailer or over-sized vehicle which requires special parking.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABLE SPACES FOR TRUCKS OR TRAILERS AFTER 07/01/26

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you have a trailer, there is no other parking in the area which will allow a trailer to be left overnight. Your vehicle/trailer will be towed, DO NOT risk parking overnight outside during the trade show.
