Thank you for filling out the quote request form. I will get back to you as quickly as I can (it is a little harder on Fridays/Saturdays as I am typically busy with cakes those days!). If I am available on your date, I will ask any further questions that I have and provide you with a quote. Then if you would like to move forward with the order, I take a $20 deposit via venmo, zelle, or cash to hold your spot on the date. The deposit is refundable up to one week before the day of pick up.
I will also need to know the exact date and time (not a time range) that you would like to pick it up in Camarillo before 10am or after 4pm.
Please note, I will give it to you cold so that it is easy to transport, but it will need 2-4 hours (depending on ambient temp) sitting out inside the box to come to room temperature slowly before being able to serve it. (Cold cake can seem dry). Bring it to room temp slowly helps prevent condensation.
The cake cannot be left in direct sunlight at any time or a hot room/car, as it will melt. Please do not leave the cake in the car while you run errands and have a plan if the party is at a park (ie someone runs home and grabs cake right before cutting or store it in a cooler).
I am not responsible for the cake once it has left the premises. Please drive carefully and follow the suggested cake care guide attached.
