Greater Philadelphia Visitor Experience Conference (PVEC) Call for Proposals - Theme: Access Granted: Visitor Experience in the Digital Age

Submission Guidelines: Proposals must be submitted by Friday, May 22, 2015 and will be reviewed by the PVEC planning committee. Only complete submissions will be reviewed. If there is more than one presenter working on a proposal together, please establish a point of contact. A completed form below will serve as the official proposal.

Decisions regarding the selection of sessions will be e-mailed to all candidates by Monday, June 15, 2015. Please email veconference@gmail.com or visit visitorexperienceconference.com with any questions during the process.

October 11th-13th, 2015 (day long presentations will take place on Monday, October 12th)

    Logistical Information

    AUDIO VISUAL: PVEC will provide certain basic Audio Visual equipment and services such as: LCD projectors, a microphone and podium as well as a head table for panels. Presenters are responsible for laptops. HANDOUTS: Program chairs and presenters are encouraged to provide sufficient handouts for all session attendees or distribute materials electronically. You are encouraged to provide PVEC with a PDF or PowerPoint of any slides or handouts that can be posted on our website or distributed to all conference attendees. Presenters will not be compensated for travel or time spent, but speakers will receive complimentary registration and will be provided lunch on October 12th.

    In addition to the Chemical Heritage Foundation, the following museums will host sessions on Monday, October 12th.
