THE REFILL PROCESS:

1) You fill out this form

2) I will contact you with shipping information / coordinate dropoff or pickup (Only available in some Chicago & Near West Suburban areas)

3) I will send you an invoice for the refill

4) After payment is received, I will refill the candle within 48 hours & ship / arrange dropoff

CLEAN JAR POLICY: All candle wax + wick sticker(s) should be cleaned out of the jar for refill before drop off. The easiest way to do this is placing the jar in the freezer for 10 minutes, followed by cleaning. You will be charged $2 per jar as a cleaning fee if we receive unclean jar(s). *
