Signing up to teach a class at co-op is an important commitment that should not be taken lightly. Your students and their parents are counting on you to teach the material you have outlined in your class description and provide them with the materials they have purchased in their class fee. We understand that kids get sick and emergencies happen; however, DO NOT sign up to teach a class if you have more than one planned absence for the semester. The dates for this semester are listed on the website. It's generally not a good idea to sign up to teach a class if you are having family problems, health issues, need to be a caretaker for a family member, you have high needs children that require your attention at co-op, or anticipate any other issues that make it difficult for you to teach your class each week. Multiple absences for teachers and/or failure to be in class prepared each week may result in your teaching privileges and/or co-op membership being revoked in future semesters. *
