St Bede’s School has established a discretionary Hardship Fund to help students in Years 7 -11 with school related costs. This fund is available for students who are in receipt of free school meals or who meet the eligibility criteria for pupil premium funding. If you have not applied for free school meals and feel that you may be eligible, more information is available here (add in link)

We may also be able to offer some support to families who are facing significant financial difficulties, but who are not registered with us for pupil premium funding. However, we have a limited budget and so these grants are small and only intended for a limited number of students.

Further information about our Hardship Fund is available here (link to guide when approved) There is an alternative source of financial support (16-19 Bursary Guidance 2025) for those attending St Bede’s Sixth Form.
