We are excited to partner with UTC for a Sip & Shop market featuring women-owned businesses on March 23rd! This exciting event will be from 5-9pm that Thursday. Please apply here if you are interested as space is limited.

All vendors must submit a COI (certificate of insurance).

The general liability certificate must show;
  • Minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence
  • Minimum limit of 2,000,000 per aggregate 
The certificate holder must be listed as;
  • Main Street Market LWR LLC, Nichole Dalsing/Lindsay Wood, 12176 Longview Lake Circle, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34211
Main Street Market LWR LLC must be also listed as additionally insured.
Please include the "Additionally Insured Endorsement" page when you send a copy. This 2nd page or verbiage stating we are additionally insured in the box above certificate holder must be provided.

With our discount code a 1-3 day policy is $44, a 3 month policy is $144, and an annual policy is $269. 
Pricing differs for food vendors, but a discount still applies.

Booths MUST have physical products to sell in their 10x10 space.

Vendors will need to provide their own tent, tables and any needed equipment. All tents must be weighted down.

Electrical outlets will be available to share.

Cancellations received 8 to 30 days prior to the event will receive either a 50% refund (minus a $2 transaction fee) or 100% credit towards any future Main Street Market LWR, LLC event.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
There will be no refunds due to weather.

*Applications do not guarantee acceptance. Due to the high volume of applications, you will receive an email response only if you are accepted. Once you are accepted, space fees are due within same day to confirm your attendance. If you are waitlisted you will be contacted as space becomes available up to 1 day prior to the event.

Our markets are carefully curated to create a unique open-air shopping experience for our community to support local. We strive to find a variety of vendors and not oversaturate any category of offerings.
