Request a History Speakers Bureau Event 
Thank you for your interest in hosting a History Speakers Bureau event. Please complete this form to submit an official request at least 6-8 weeks before the event, earlier is even better! All History Speakers Bureau events should be free and open to the public. Colorado Humanities provides a $300 speaker honorarium and asks program partners to pay speaker travel costs (mileage/per diem) if possible, and additional honorarium if requested by some presenters. If you are not able to assist with this cost share, please submit a request and we can discuss other options. Colorado Humanities can also provide marketing assistance and support, such as creating event flyers and social media posts, upon request. History Programs Coordinator Jennifer Macias (jennifer@coloradohumanities.org) will review your application and contact you within 5 business days.
