INTEREST FORM: SPRING 2026 Student Teaching and Intern (full-time teacher)
1. Complete this SPRING 2026 INTEREST FORM and MEET with your Graduate Program Coordinator or Advisor or Undergraduate Education Advisor as soon as possible! Your Advisor must review your coursework and grades to approve readiness for the student teaching or Intern semester.

2. Invitation email from clinical.practice@lehman.cuny.edu to complete the Official Lehman 360 Teaching Application will be emailed to you. So look for this email! We use this Interest Form to upload your EMPLID to Lehman 360. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL APPLICATION.

3. Official L360 Teaching Application submitted mid-October (after email with instructions) and no later than November 1st deadline.

4. All student teachers MUST be fingerprinted to be placed in schools. Visit our webpage for information on how  to complete the Lehman 360 (L360) Fingerprinting Application: https://www.lehman.edu/academics/education/cpp/fingerprinting/

NOTE Undergraduate Certification Track Candidates: Student Teaching is a full-time/5 school days for full semester commitment. Please review the Teacher Certification Track Video.
