We want the best for your child. Maintaining communication between you and the coaching staff is essential to individual and team development. All questions are to better gauge how we can help meet your expectations. This form will also allow you to ask questions about your child's development/enjoyment of soccer. Below is an infographic that I'd like you to read before moving on to the assessment portions. I think we have started a great culture throughout our teams and I want to make sure we remember why kids play soccer and that is to PLAY! Not to be judged, or criticized. Be their parent, their biggest fan, that is all they want from you! Acknowledge that they are trying something difficult, and something that their other peers do not do. Select soccer is challenging and hard work. Acknowledge this, and let them know how much you enjoy and appreciate them accepting this challenge.
