Facility Usage Application
West Central Schools makes its elementary, middle, and high school facilities available for public use, with some exceptions to availability.

Use of the facilities will not be permitted to interfere with the operation of the schools or with school activities. School-sponsored activities will alway take precedence, even when scheduled after the signing of a facility rental contract.

Applications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the date requested.  Once the application has been approved by all appropriate parties within the district, a rental contract will be issued, and the event will be added to the appropriate district calendar(s).

Use of the facilities is automatically cancelled when schools must be closed due to inclement weather or other conditions.

Review the complete Facility Rental Policy located on the school website or on the facility contract.

NOTE:  Each group will be allowed to practice once per week and once on Saturday or Sunday. The group supervisor may check with the school’s facility scheduler on a weekly basis to schedule 1 additional time. That additional time slot would only be for a week at a time. Note: Please let the office know if you do not need your assigned time each week.
