As the Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak forges on, we understand there might be changes in plans, and therefore you'll need to reschedule your order, or to seek for a refund. We're here to help!

Re-scheduling of Order:
- Please submit this request AT LEAST 24 hours ahead of the original Collection/Delivery date)

Refund of Order:
- We regret that we're unable to perform the refund to your original payment method (as stated in our terms & conditions)
- We're able to provide a Full Refund for your order in the form of Store Credit.
- On top of that, an extra credit of $5 (for order <$100) and $10 (for order > $100) will be credited.
- Expiry Date of the Store Credit is 2 years from issuance date
