Young Star. Wise Mentor! is a project with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and raising awareness of 35 youth workers from 7 different countries in terms of possible methods of work with talented youngsters. Participants will obtain new competences and skills highly valued in the job market. Participating countries: Albania, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia Türkiye and Ukraine.
The deadline for the application is 19th February!
We are looking for 5 participants per country
Participant’s profile:
✅ age group: 18+
✅ youth workers, volunteers, educators, individuals supporting NGOs
✅ interested in topics related to developing passions, talents, and finding personal goals and self-development,
✅ have or want to gain experience in the cultural or artistic sector, have experience in youth work or volunteering
✅ motivated to share their ideas and knowledge with other leaders, trainers, and mentor
✅ have a level of English that allows them to understand and actively participate in all activities
This project is an Erasmus+ project funded by European Union which will take place in Cyprus.
