Have you ever touched a skunk's fur or felt a rattlesnake's scales?

This interactive presentation provides students with the opportunity to be hands-on with animals they wouldn’t otherwise be able to experience up close, leaving them with a strengthened sense of responsibility toward preserving our planet.

Fees:
$240 for 1st presentation, $170 for each additional presentation, $1 per mile travel fee ($10 minimum). 

45-60 minute presentations, pre-K to adult, 30 person maximum per presentation. (See below for more information about Nature Van Program timing).

How many presentations will be needed for this Nature Van Program? (We can do up to four a day with 25 students maximum for PreK and K, 30 maximum for 1st grade and up)

Nature Van Program Timing
Nature Van programs are designed to be presented in 60 minutes (45 minutes for Preschool and K) time slots to a class of 25 students (30 person maximum, including adults). This includes 5-10 minutes for students to get a closer look and touch the taxidermy animals and bio-facts at the end of each presentation.

Since you know your schedules best, we ask that you create a schedule that works for your class(es). 

Here are the requirements when creating a presentation schedule: 
  • at least 30 minutes for set up
  • 60 minute programs (45 min. for K and below) 
  • minimum 5-10 minutes between programs, maximum 20 minutes 
  • lunch 30-60 minutes (if applicable)
  • 25 students per program (30 person max., including adults)
  • presentations held in same room
