2026 Conference Scholarship Application

Limited in funds and not sure if you can join us at the conference? Fill out this quick application! We are grateful to have some funding for conference scholarships with more in the works.

Our Future Harvest Conference will be on Jan 22nd and 23rd, 2026. Applications for the first round of scholarships are due by Sunday December 1st, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST. A committee will review and announce awards by December 6th (in advance of the early bird registration deadline). More awards may open up on a rolling basis. 

Not sure if you fit the requirements? If you are actively farming or planning to farm in the 2026 season, and are located in our mission area of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, DC, or West Virginia with special focus on the Chesapeake Bay watershed you are eligible for a scholarship. 

We have created two Google Groups to facilitate sharing hotel rooms and rides to and from the conference. If you're looking to share a hotel room, email fhcasa-conference-room-sharing@futureharvest.org, and if you're looking to offer or receive a ride, email fhcasa-conference-ride-sharing@futureharvest.org.
