Thank you for your interest in the JRA- Kids Wellness Initiative. This form is for orders for Wednesday, August 25th. ORDER BY Sunday, August 22nd, 10:00PM.

Please fill out this form to take advantage of this opportunity to receive Kosher meals for your children. Meals will be distributed weekly for all claimed members of the family, 18 years old and below. Meals include daily breakfast and lunch.

Chabad of Northbrook offers this service in collaboration with Lubavitch Chabad of Illinois and Agudath Israel of IL.
