Attachments A & B: UW-Madison Fulbright US Student Program (2027-2028 cycle)
Applicants for the 2027-2028 Fulbright US Student Program (FUSP) applying through the University of Wisconsin-Madison should complete the information below.

Attachment A is an application waiver. Answering yes or no has no bearing on the application process at the campus or national review levels but must be completed.

Attachment B details your availability to meet with our campus review committee as part of UW-Madison's campus review process.

Please read the information below closely and complete both parts. On submission you will receive a confirmation and link that will allow you to revisit and revise your answers should your availability change.
