Birthday Party Request Form
Please complete the following form to request a Birthday Party with BRIO DANCE STUDIO!  

PARTY INFORMATION

Parties are available on SATURDAYS, two hours in length, and include the following: 

  • Dance Class and props, games, craft supplies and instruction
  • There is also time for food, gift opening, and/or free time to wrap up the party

Party format: 

  • Guests arrive 
  • 45-50 minutes of dancing and games
  • Craft time (craft is chosen to fit theme)
  • Food/Cake (provided by you)
  • Gift Opening and/or free time for party guests to dance and play 

We are happy to accommodate any theme you have in mind!

Location:  Cape Elizabeth Community Center, 343 Ocean House Rd., Cape Elizabeth, ME 

Party Host:  Julie Wilkes, Brio Dance Studio

Fee:  $225 for up to 15 party guests (plus a 10% surcharge for Cape Elizabeth non-residents).  We are able to accommodate more however, we do have a $5 fee per child over 15 to cover the cost of supplies.
