Food Vendor Application 
Thank you for your interest in being one of Lafitte Greenway Partnerships exclusive food vendors. 

In the coming weeks, you will recieve confirmation of which market(s) you have been selected for.  If you can no longer market an event, we will keep you in mind for future ones, and refer back to this application.  

VENDOR FEE: $50.00 per booth per day, due after notification of selection

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read requirements below 
3. Upload photos of your work in this form, or email to info@lafittegreenway.org with "Greenway Food Vendor" and your business name in the subject line
4. Accepted vendors will be notified on a rolling basis. Vendors will be selected based on quality, neighborhood representation, and those who will collectively offer the best variety.
5. If selected, $50 vendor fee per booth per day will be due before the event. Do not send fee prior to notification of your selection.

FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS AND AGREEMENT 
I agree to the following:
1. I will, at all times, remain in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations in addition to health and safety requirements
2. I consent to pay the vendor fee by or before decided date in acceptance email to Lafitte Greenway Partnership
3. I shall maintain the area surrounding the food truck/food vendor designated spot in conformity with all applicable sanitation and health laws and regulations. I shall also keep the surrounding area neat, clean, and free of accumulated refuse and debris
4. I agree to arrive on site with my staff no later than a minimum of one hour prior to the event starting time 
5. I agree that I will not load out until after the event ends
6. I agree to adhere to a strict load in/load out time as assigned by Lafitte Greenway Partnership
7. I understand that if I miss my scheduled load-in time it will impact my ability to set up and vend.
8. I understand that Lafitte Greenway Partnership is not responsible for providing change to vendors
9. Vendors will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Lafitte Greenway Partnership as additional insured and indicating the following coverage levels; General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate. Greenway event insurance does not cover vendors.
10. This event is rain or shine unless notified by Lafitte Greenway Partnership

-10 x 10 dedicated space
-Electrical power
-Promotion of art via event website, email newsletter, social media, and media releases

Special Event Occupational License
The City of New Orleans requires all vendors who will be selling products to have a Stationary/Trade Show Vendor Occupational License, available from the City of New Orleans Department of Revenue for $50. If you are a craft vendor from Louisiana, your license fee may be waived. Call (504) 658-1666 or visit the Dept of Revenue at City Hall for more information. If selected, we will request your license.
