We are looking for Head Coaches, Regional Directors, Social Media Specialist and Team Parent Liaisons for the Military Appreciation Bowl Week Bowl National Youth ALL-STAR Tournament & COMBINE.

Role descriptions:

Regional Director

Oversees regional team operations and recruitment efforts. Manages communication with coaches, ensures compliance with event standards, coordinates tryouts and nominations, and serves as the primary liaison between the national office and local representatives.

Head Coach

Leads and develops the assigned All-Star team. Responsible for practice planning, game-day strategy, player safety, team conduct, and collaboration with event staff. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and youth mentorship skills

 Team Parent Liaison

Serves as the key organizer for team logistics, parent communication, player check-ins, and distribution of uniforms and gear. Assists with travel coordination, event schedules, and supports coaches in creating a positive experience for players and families.

Social Media Specialist

Captures and shares team highlights, updates, and behind-the-scenes moments across official event platforms. Creates engaging content, posts regularly, and helps promote athletes, coaches, and the event experience while upholding brand tone and professionalism

7u All-STAR 

Must be 6/7 years of age after July 31st 2025 

8u ALL-STAR                                                                              
Must be 7/8 years of age after July 31st 2025
 
9u ALL-STAR                                                                             

Must be 8/9 years of age  after July 31st 2025                                                                        
10u ALL-STAR                                                                            
Must be 9/10 years of age  after July 31st 2025
                                               
11u ALL-STAR                                                                            
Must be 10/11 years of age  after July 31st 2025
