As we move to integrating online registration at Camp Frederick this form is the first step. Over the next few years our goal is that you will be able to complete the entire registration process online however, for now we are gathering the initial information and will email you the rest of the paperwork we need to complete your child's registration.

If a past camper bring a friend(s) who has never been to Camp Frederick before both will receive a special bonus item not sold in our camp store.

Financial Assistance is Available through our Campership Program
We understand the cost of camp can be rather daunting at times. For this reason we have our Campership Program that is designed to help defray the cost of camp. We ask people not to be afraid to ask for assistance if it is needed. We raise money throughout the year because we believe every child should have the opportunity to attend summer camp.

After we receive this form we will send you an email with the rest of the information you need to fill out for your child to attend summer camp.

We ask that this information be filled out immediately and returned with your deposit.

We will hold your child's spot at camp for 30 days while we wait to receive the rest of your information and deposit.
If you are unable to do the $100 dollar deposit but you are able to cover the cost of camp and are interested in setting up a customized payment plan please check the box below.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are available for the balance if registration is withdrawn 30 days prior to camp week. Within 30 days of camp week fees may be applied to a later date during the same summer. Re-funds will not be issued to campers who leave before the week is complete. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed with the director. *
