We offer high-quality, data-driven ECU and TCU tuning for over 1,600 Japanese, European, and North American models, covering vehicles from the early 2000s to around 2020. Whether you’re chasing smoother drivability or uncompromising power, our service is built on Celtic Tuning’s proven calibration library and expertise.

🔧 ECU Tuning Services

Our tuning is based on your car’s learning data, allowing us to tailor each map in real time for optimal performance.

Stage 1: Standard tuning for completely stock vehicles. ¥120,000

Stage 1+: For vehicles with upgraded intake or exhaust parts — no additional charge.

Stage 2: For vehicles with high-flow sports cats or decat setups. Includes O2 sensor cancellation.
→ Additional ¥30,000

Stage 3: For heavily modified vehicles (e.g. turbo upgrades, custom logic required).
→ Additional ¥80,000

⚙️ TCU Tuning

TCU tuning is available as a standalone service or in combination with ECU tuning.

Standalone TCU tuning: ¥50,000

With ECU tuning: ¥30,000

Xtreme TCU tuning: Adds aggressive shifting, launch control optimisation, and performance-oriented logic.

📊 Optional Services

Firmware updates for either ECU or TCU are ¥30,000 if done as a standalone task, but are free when done alongside tuning.
We also offer real-world power checks based on OBD data. This service is ¥50,000 on its own, or ¥30,000 when bundled with tuning.

We include the following adjustments free of charge:

-Speed limiter removal

-Rev limiter increase

-Swirl flap deactivation

-EGR deletion (where compatible)

-Pops and Bangs (for decat-equipped vehicles only)

-Selective DTC suppression (upon request)

-Rollback to stock settings is free if done in Tokyo (first time only). For other locations, travel costs apply.

🚗 Nationwide Installation – Flexible & Friendly

We offer on-site tuning throughout Japan. Travel is free within Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama.
Customers outside those regions are welcome to visit us at our locations in Kojimachi (Tokyo) or Kujukuri (Chiba coast), or request a visit—travel costs apply beyond 100km from Tokyo (charged as: distance minus 100km × ¥40, plus actual tolls).
