South East London Community Energy (Selce) and Repowering London have successfully delivered support through the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) project, helping homeowners across South and East London future-proof their homes.

Our expert team has provided tailored guidance to residents in Lewisham, Greenwich, Lambeth, and Newham, assisting with planning, financing, and delivering home upgrades such as insulation, double glazing, and heating improvements—making homes warmer, more affordable to heat, and better for the planet.
