Please complete this form once for each volunteer, one volunteer name per entry. NAMES ENTERED MUST MATCH PHOTO ID. FAILURE TO ENTER YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME COULD RESULT IN REFUSAL OF VOLUNTEERING.

Redbud Run Elementary appreciates and depends upon its volunteers. All volunteers must be submitted for approval to the Frederick County School Board prior to volunteering at the school. It helps to have all names submitted at the beginning of the school year (for example: grandmother, grandfather, aunts, uncles, stepparent, mother, and father).

Volunteer information must be received at least 5 school days prior to the board meetings. Board Approvals are made at the 7:00 pm meetings on the following dates & schools receive those approvals the next day:

July 17, 2018 August 21, 2018 September 4 & 18, 2018
October 2 & 16, 2018 November 6 & 20, 2018 December 4 & 18, 2018
January 2 & 15, 2019 February 5 & 19, 2019 March 5 & 19, 2019
April 2 & 16, 2019 May 7 & 21, 2019 June 18, 2019
