Become a fact-based organisation!
Gapminder has been testing people’s knowledge about basic global facts across the world for the past 15 years. Our conclusion: most people are terribly wrong about the state of the world, including teachers, journalists, eminent scientists, investment bankers, executives in multinational companies, activists and senior political decision makers!

In our fact tests, all these groups have shown devastating levels of ignorance, despite having access to data, high levels of education and a deep interest in global issues. How can business people predict the future global markets if they are operating on the wrong information? How can teachers help students understand the world? How can policy makers and politicians solve global problems? How can journalists put news in context if their own worldview is upside down? THEY CAN’T.

We believe in collective wisdom!

Gapminder has started to help staff in organisations fix their upside down worldview. Soon we will start corporate training programs to help people get a big picture of global development based on essential facts that almost everyone gets wrong in our tests.

By curing common global misconceptions among all colleagues, we think your organisation has a much better chance of realising how to achieve your goals in a globalised world.

Please fill in the form below to apply to our training programs. We want everyone in your organisation to upgrade their worldview and to become Gapminder-certified!
