COCC LODGING REQUEST FORM
We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 FORJ Rural and Small-Town Journalism Conference to be held from at Central Oregon Community College in Bend at the end of July!

Please use this form to provide details of your on-campus lodging reservation request for affordable rooms in the COCC Wickiup Residence HallThe deadline to submit reservation requests is July 24, 2026. We cannot guarantee space will be available for your request after this date. 

Room arrangements are as follows:
  • Rooms are all single occupancy. 
  • There are two rooms per suite with shared bathroom. 
  • Rooms come with sheets, blanket, pillow, pillow case and towel. Please bring your own top bedding.
Pricing for lodging is as follows:
  • If you are a speaker, your lodging will be free on July 29 and 30
  • If you completed the FORJ Independent News Survey with NW Opinions in 2026 your lodging will be free on July 29
  • All other rooms on July 29 and July 30 will be $60 per night per single person occupancy
You will pay for your lodging at the conference registration table on the morning of July 30. Card, cash or check will be accepted.

Check in will be between 3 and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, or between 3 and 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 30. Check out is required by 10 a.m. the morning following your final night's stay. All room keys must be promptly returned or a $50 fee will be assessed.
