Join the 2024-2025 SW Communities of Practice
If you are a school social workers and would like to become a new member of our Communities of Practice, (a Connecticut State Department of Education and RESC Alliance Initiative), or would like to join with a new email address/ change your email address, please complete this form. Even if you can't attend meetings you will receive the notes and resources!

A new registration link will be sent to the email list for each virtual meeting. Notes and slides will be available in the shared SW CoP google drive which you will be able to access after completing an online privacy agreement form.
