AVID is an elective class during the regular school day that teaches students the skills necessary to be ready to attend a 4-year university after high school. Core pieces of our curriculum include: improving areas of writing, inquiry, collaboration, organization, and reading. Some of the activities include: tutorials days, guest speakers and field trips to colleges and universities. Students in this program need to be highly motivated and eager to learn.
