. Firstly, this project is currently unpaid. All work is done voluntarily at the moment. If the series becomes successful or I am able to secure funding, I will make sure everyone is fairly paid. But for the first season (and for now), this is an unpaid project. THIS IS MINECRAFT JAVA. You don't have to have Minecraft to be in this series only builders, body actors and animators.
. In addition, while I already have most of the crew, there are still some important roles I need filled. Teams and roles that are most urgent for starting the next chapter and bringing this series to life will be marked with “URGENT.” (That said, all positions are important, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if the role you’re interested in isn’t marked urgent — I still need you!)
. Another important note: communication is essential. If I send an announcement, I expect a quick response — even just a reaction — to show that you’ve read it. This project relies on teamwork, and poor communication slows everything down and adds stress. I am currently the director, writer, producer, cameraman, editor (still learning), and a voice actor — so I need patience and clear communication from everyone to make this series possible. > About the Series — Before Time
Welcome to Before Time, a gripping, dark, emotional, and action-packed medieval fantasy series set in the world of Minecraft Java Edition.
This story follows a group of brave teenagers — descendants of powerful gods and goddesses — who must rise against their twisted relative, Lord Vance (Damien), whose growing darkness threatens to destroy everything. But while they carry divine blood, they’re still human — struggling with fear, trauma, grief, and the crushing weight of destiny.
Before Time is more than just a battle between good and evil. It’s a raw, heart-wrenching journey of survival, identity, and sacrifice. Across 10 intense seasons, we watch these teens grow, break, heal, and fight — knowing that if even one of them falls, the world could fall with them.
