ESERA 2023 Local Transportation:  Reservation Form
  • Cappadocia has two airports: Nevşehir-Kapadokya (NAV) and Kayseri Erkilet (ASR) airports. On August 27-29 and September 1-2, there will be shuttle buses from/to these airports to/from conference hotels/the conference venue. One way costs 15 € per person. Private airport transfer one way costs 60 €. 
  • During the conference week, there will be shuttle buses from/to the conference hotels to/from the conference venue (once in the morning at 8:00 am from the hotel to the conference venue and in the evening from the conference venue to the hotel). If one person gets 10 or more tickets, one way costs 4 € per person. If one person gets less than 10 tickets, one way costs 6 € per person
  • On August 30, buses will take participants from the conference venue to the Excursion and after the tour leave them at one of the conference hotels. 
  • On August 31, there will be shuttle buses at 19:00 from/to the conference hotels/the conference venue to/from the ESERA Conference Gala Dinner place. One way is 4 € per person. 
  • We suggest you book ASAP by filling out the following form.
  • You can make the payment for your local transport fees to Custom Travel Services on your arrival in cash or by credit card.

  • Balloon tour:  180 Euro euros per person 
  • Quad bike tour: 1 hour 40 euros, 2 hours 45 euros (any time of the day) pick up and drop off cost is 15 euros (from hotels or conference venue)
  • Horseback ride: 1 hour 40 euros, 2 hours 45 Euros (any time of the day) pick up and drop off cost is 15 euros (from hotels or conference venue)
  • Dinner with Turkish night show: 55 euros per person. The price includes pick up from your hotel at 20:00 pm every night.
