BHFW Committee Member Search
Every year's festival is put on by a volunteer committee of community members who donate their time and talents to having an event commemorating the official ending of chattel slavery in the united states. As we begin planning for the 2020 festival, we are looking for Black community members who are interested in joining the Black Heritage Juneteenth Festival Planning Committee!
We are looking to fill three specific roles - 1) FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR, 2) STAGE MANAGER, and 3) VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR. If there is something you are particularly interested in, let us know and we'll take it from there! Interested people should be able to meet monthly (for now) on the second Wednesday at 6 pm. Once your form is submitted, you will hear from a committee member with follow-up information. Feel free to share with friends who you think may be interested and please complete this form by November 1, 2019.
