I’m looking for 5 females and males age between 25 to 45 or so, who live in Exeter and are looking to lose between 3 to 5kg of bodyfat in a time-efficient manner but also becoming alot stronger & fitter and enjoying the feeling achieving new found superpower such as doing chin ups, deadlifting at least 1.5 times bodyweight, etc.
