NCMC Youth Choir Audition Interest
Auditions are 10 minutes long with the Music Director and do not require any prepared solos.  Singers will be asked to vocalize for voice quality and range, participate in a short pitch matching and sight reading exercise (sight reading will not be counted against the singer), and sing the melody of My Country Tis of Thee unaccompanied in one or more keys (if you do not know this tune, please use this YouTube video to help you learn it before arriving at your audition. Specific audition times will be send out one week prior to your requested audition date.
