Sales Associate
General Summary:
The employee is responsible for achieving customer service, stocking, and sales goals and ensuring the store operates to uphold our company's mission. The Employee will come to work every day with a professional appearance and demeanor and must present themselves in a well groomed professional manner. Employees must conduct their behavior in a way that reflects the values of Islanders Coastal Outfitter. Islanders Team members should be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and willing to help in all areas of the team.
The Sales Associate is responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
* Ensuring each customer is provided excellent Islanders-style customer service.
* Organizing and re-stocking store for easy, appealing, and fun shopping.
*Engage in conversation with customers to further identify their shopping needs & build rapport.
*Properly restock and accurately ring up items at checkout to keep inventory correct.
