All volunteers must have Non Swimming Membership of Hart Swimming Club.

I hereby apply for Non‐Swimming Membership of Hart SC. I understand that l will be covered whilst on poolside, under the Swim England insurance, and also have the right to vote at any AGM or Special Club Meeting.
